Terms and Conditions
By booking a gym party with Iceni Gymnastics Club you are agreeing to the following terms and Conditions:
Payment and booking
Total Cost is £175.00. A non-refundable deposit of £45.00 should be sent with this completed booking form. Booking confirmation will be sent on receipt of the deposit. The balance of £130.00 is then payable at least 10 days prior to the birthday party. Please make cheques payable to Iceni Gymnastics Club. If you wish to make an online bank transfer, please send your payment to:

Cancellation of parties
We require a minimum of two weeks notice if you wish to cancel the party. If the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances we will endeavour to re-schedule the party. Full payment will be required if the full notice is not given.
Health and Safety
Iceni Gymnastics Club will provide a short briefing at the beginning of the party as to the required behaviour in the gym and use of the equipment. All participants are expected to be aware and act appropriately given the risks.
Children attending the party must wear clothes suitable for the activities i.e. shorts, leggings, t-shirts or hoodies. No Dresses or Jewellery to be worn
Parents/guardians are not allowed on the equipment.
